Obviously, your brain is like Fraser's, and it has tagged this piece of information as being Very Important, along with the fact male platypuses have spurs with a terrible venom that causes painful necrosis (don't ever pick one up) and that there are four varieties of poisonous snake native to Illinois: the Copperhead, the Water Moccasin or Cottonmouth, the Timber Rattlesnake, and the Massasauga or Swamp Rattler.

He tells Ray this when they go camping so that Ray will want to share sleeping bags. (Even though the snakes are uncommon and only rarely seen. It's a terrible moral slip.)
