I'm so glad you managed to sort this out, even if you shouldn't have had to. It's quite true that you will be living with this for the rest of your life, so it's worth the stress to get it right - or at least, it will be once you've had a chance to de-stress! It's a shame a virtual massage won't really help with the headache, but consider one winging its way to you anyway.

Where would we be without Apple? My daughter loves Garage Band - she, her iMac & her YouTube account have formed a sort of unholy triad which means we hardly ever see her these days. Add to that the iPod & even when we do see her, she doesn't hear us!
