I suspect that it's largely because I'm so tired all of the time, but one of my favorite things of all time is sleepy cuddling. I basically dream of having someone to go to go to sleep with. And this fic? Is that. Like... everything is sucky and hurts and stuff and then they go to sleep. *sighs, falls asleep*

I adore this. Entirely. It's so romantic and wonderful. I love the whole section in the ambulance when Fraser's trying to keep Ray with him. It's so easy to cheap out on those sections and have your incapacitated party just ending up spouting nonsense, but I think it actually has a fair bit of depth and interest.
