!! He does, doesn't he? Whenever I think of Ray in that mode I remember what Fraser said in Speranza's Border Between Life and Death (http://www.trickster.org/speranza/Border.html) -- that he had only memories, and had given up on having more, but Ray never had, he kept fighting for what he wanted, who he wanted. Of all the many reasons I adore her, it's for that image of Ray being so persistent, so courageous. ::meeps:: It put the Stella episode in a whole new light for me.
